Talk to someone in the business community about the value Richmond Chamber membership holds.
After you have found a company that is interested in learning more about chamber membership, please fill out the referral form below to let us know.
Once we receive your referral, you'll automatically be entered into our quarterly draw!
Prizes
Every quarter, we will randomly select one lucky referrer from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will receive a ticket to one of our annual events. These events include the Lunar New Year Banquet Dinner, Golf Tournament Awards Dinner, Mid-Autumn Festival Lunch, or Business Excellence Awards Gala.
The winner of each quarterly draw will be recognized at an upcoming event.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Participation in the referral program is open to the employees of all current members of the Richmond Chamber who are in good standing.
- Organization Criteria: The organization that you're referring cannot already be a member of the Richmond Chamber.
- Quarterly Draws: Each referral you make counts as an individual entry into the draw, increasing your chances of winning with every successful referral. The quarterly draw will be conducted randomly. One winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries.
- Individual Prizes: The prize is awarded to the individual making the referral, not the employer. Tickets to the annual events are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
- Notifications: The draw will take place within two weeks prior to the end of each calendar quarter. The winner of each quarterly draw will be notified via email or phone within five business days following the draw and recognized at an upcoming event.

Please note that the referral program prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prizes will only be awarded to participants who meet all the terms and conditions and successfully refer an organization that becomes a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (RCC). If the winner of a prize draw cannot be contacted within seven days of the notification, an alternative winner may be selected at the discretion of RCC. RCC reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not adhere to the terms and conditions. All prizes will be awarded at the discretion of the RCC. RCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions.
